The brand new hotel changed the cityscape of Swinoujscie, a resort city at the Baltic coast in Poland. Exclusively located only a few meters from the sandy beach. Zdrojowa Invest & Hotels held an architectural competition and the concept of PPA Studio was the winner. With LEED certification the Radisson Blu Resort, Swinoujscie is the first five-star hotel in Poland designed and built to meet strict sustainability standards.
