Fitting only takes a few minutes and it's preset to suit most personal preferences and work perfectly with most ceramic washbasins. Without a mixing device, the tap is designed for use with cold or premixed water. When you want to clean the tap, the water flow can be locked by covering the bottom of the sensor with a thumb. Combined with the GROHE Remote Control (36407001), additional settings are available, including automatic hygiene flushing and thermal disinfection. The mixer's body is made from durable composite polymer, which is approved for drinking water, and the touchless technology uses low-energy electronics so the batteries last seven years – even if the mixer is used 150 times a day!
