1. To qualify for your cashback offer you must purchase from a participating retailer during the promotional period, the minimum spend of £500 on new (not second hand) GROHE kitchen products.
2. Promotion period: purchases of new GROHE kitchen products in a single transaction made between 1st October 2016 to 28th of February 2017 to qualify. Purchases made before or after this promotional period will not be accepted.
3. To qualify for your cashback offer, please register your purchase using the online form and upload your full purchase receipt showing date of purchase (not deposit receipt). Participants must wait 28 days, from the date of purchase BEFORE submitting their online claim. All claims must be submitted by 31st of March 2017. Any claims pursued after this time or outside of the closing date, will not be accepted.
4. If you are unable to upload your receipt please send a copy of your full purchase receipt to the address following in point 13, complete with the printed pdf of your online application to: GROHE Kitchen Cashback Offer, GROHE Ltd, World Business Centre 2, Newall Road, London Heathrow Airport, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW6 2SF.
5. GROHE does not accept any responsibility for misdirected, delayed or lost claims, incomplete or illegible claim forms or claims damaged in the post. Claims by fax or telephone will not be accepted. Illegible, incomplete or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. Please allow up to 28 days for the claim to be processed, from the date we receive your claim form and all supporting documents to meet all terms and conditions. Cheques issued must be used within 6 months of the date of issue.
7. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
8. Claims are limited to one per household. Any claimant associated with GROHE and their agents will not qualify for the offer.
9. We reserve the right to withdraw amend or replace the offer without prior notification. In the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable, your statutory rights are not affected.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all claims to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive claims including, without limitation, to require the participant to prove that it did not return the product within the period of 28 days from the date of delivery. Claims for returned products, bad faith or fraudulent entries or claims that otherwise do not meet these terms and conditionswill be invalidated.
11. Any personal information supplied by you will be used by GROHE and their contractors solely for the purpose of this promotion and in accordance with data protection legislation.
