Michelberger Hotel
Berlin, Germany
Objects from different decades arranged randomly create a unique air.
This new and unconventional hotel collects together in its rooms countless objets d’art typical to Berlin and exclusively designed furniture, creating a unique collage. The architecture of the former factory building with very large sash bar windows, high ceilings and a clinker brick façade has been integrated into the design concept. The height of the rooms in the industrial loft allowed for a second level to be constructed for the beds, whilst the bathroom and cloakroom are in the room below.
The modern GROHE Concetto basin and shower fittings and GROHE Tempesta hand-held showers imbue the bathroom design with a cosmopolitan air and give the water experience a sensual tone.
